After working together for so long you can really get to know each other pretty well! So when we had to plan Vane’s baby shower it was a no brainer that it had to be bold, modern and green.

20150927-VaneBabyShower-3Ici was the perfect place with the amazing light and all white space. Flowermuse sent us all white assortments with lush green leaves.

20150927-VaneBabyShower-24 We blew up baby photos and had them mounted on foam board at kinkos. Such a fun and inexpensive way to add quick decor. I used my Cameo cutter to make all the signage and garlands.

20150927-VaneBabyShower-28Betsy from Ninecakes made this amazing cake and incorporated our decor elements.

I took the wax seal idea from our book for the invite inspiration. Later on we gave Vane the seal to use for her future stationery.

We had a little hiccup with delivery of the table runner so had to figure out plan B at the last minute. Jaine got us some wrapping paper rolls from sugar paper and we sliced them all in halves and taped it up. Added a big metallic B sticker cut from my Cameo.

20150927-VaneBabyShower-67Shake Share Media came to do the photobooth. I love how their set up matched ours!

Guests were asked to make 2 prints and leave one in this accordion guest book.

For a little added touch, we got custom napkins and stir sticks made by foryourparty.

I found simple glass vases at Ikea and lined each one with silver mylar tape.

We only had 1 hour to set up but I think it turned out pretty sweet! Keeping decor to a minimum but having accents throughout really helped make this party look pulled together. See more on Bklynliving.
